Conﬁguring and Using the DM-

2A for Speciﬁc Standards

Diﬀerent unit measurement conventions are often used and/or required in diﬀerent

jurisdictions and vary according to the standards set out by local codes and authorities. You

can conﬁgure your DM-2A mark II gauge to adhere to virtually any code or standard in a

few moments using the procedures described previously in this user guide. See Accessing

Conﬁguration Modes in Section 5 Using Advanced Conﬁguration Modes.

The following section details the recommended conﬁgurations you will need to set your DM-

2A mark II gauge to in order to obtain measurements based on speciﬁc standards.

CGSB 149.10 Conﬁguration

To conﬁgure your DM-2A mark II gauge to display measurements and adhere to the Canadian

General Standards Board (CGSB) 149.10, choose the following options:
